We work with contractors to strengthen the financial side of their businesses and with property owners to provide independent oversight throughout the construction process. Our role is to bring clarity, accountability, and experienced guidance so projects stay organized, budgets stay under control, and clients can make informed decisions with confidence.
About Catherine
I founded BuildWise on the belief that successful construction projects require more than quality craftsmanship. They require strong financial oversight, clear communication, and thoughtful planning.
With more than 12 years of experience in leading construction operations, I have managed projects from initial design through final inspection. This takes overseeing project finances, schedules, contracts, permitting, and coordination among owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors. I hold an active Florida Certified Residential Contractor (CRC) license and North Carolina contractor’s license, a PMP certification, and have pursued higher education in construction specific financing. My experience helps bridge the gap between contractors and their books, and brings more confidence to the contractor/homeowner relationship.
Whether supporting contractors with financial management or representing owners throughout the construction process, BuildWise provides independent guidance focused on organization, accountability, and informed decision making. The focus of my career has become helping my clients make confident decisions, reduce unnecessary risk, and keep projects moving forward successfully.
